A & J Vetter Economic Schools of Lublin incorporate two types of schools: XVI Secondary School and Technical Economic Secondary School. Students attend Secondary School for 3 years and Technical Secondary School for 4 years. In the case of Technical Economic School, education takes place in one of the following vocational education profiles: computer science, economics,  hotel industry and tourist industry. On completion of study in both of the schools students can be awarded Matura Certificate if they pass the final Matura exam. Additionally, after passing a professional exam students of Technical Secondary School can also obtain a diploma confirming their professional qualifications in the area of study which they completed. The two exams are taken separately and are independent of each other. On graduating from our school many of the students continue to study at a higher education level at universities. In the course of the studies, the students of Economic Secondary School undergo practical vocational trainings specified in their curricula. The trainings aim to complement theoretical knowledge and understanding with practical skills. Vetter School graduates have very good substantial preparedness and they are highly appreciated as workers in commercial and economic professions. They generally do not have difficulty finding jobs in accord with their completed studies.

This school year we have over 700 students in 28 classes. The staff consists of 73 teachers who continuously work to make their qualifications higher. Thanks to it the quality of teaching is getting better each year. In order to achieve our educational goals we make thorough selection of the teaching staff. We develop and promote ecologically conscious and environmentally friendly attitudes. We place a lot of emphasis on politeness and good manners. We also attach much importance to tolerance and respect for one another.
In our school there are 37 classrooms which we kindly invite you to visit. Among these are 7 computer laboratories with broadband Internet access, multimedia centre, numerous classrooms equipped with relevant teaching aids, two gymnasiums and corrective gymnastics room.

Our school is 150 years old and belongs to Oldest Schools Club in Poland. Its deep-rooted traditions have been preserved and upheld by consecutive generations of both students and teachers. The school building, erected in the best traditions of typical urban architectural style,  has existed in its form since 1906. It is situated right in the centre of Lublin in Bernardyńska Street. Thanks to proper efforts and good maintenance work  it will hopefully serve its students' needs for many years. The activities of the school are supported and sponsored by the Parents' Council and Vetter School Alumni and Friends Association.
We combine our tradition and modernity on a day-to-day basis. Our traditions which we boast are: rich collections of our Tradition Chamber, annual solemn celebrations of School's Tradition Days, high level of education, effective methods of pedagogical process, the school’s alumni reunions as well as various forms of activities of Vetter School Alumni and Friends Association. Modernity can be seen in fully equipped computer classrooms, innovative didactic programmes, educational programmes created by our teachers whose objective is to prepare the students for their further education and for work in the free market economy in the most prosperous and competitive professions with a view to creating a window of the best employment opportunities for our graduates as well as active participation in cultural life.
